The Copper Onion is a urban chic establishment providing a gastronomic view on contemporary cuisine. Utah native and former NYC chef Ryan Lowder brings his experience and know-how from the Concrete Jungle to the streets of downtown Salt Lake City, showing guests his personal take on New American cuisine.
