Please cancel 24 hours in advance through TableAgent. TableAgent does not allow us to cancel your reservation on our end. A $30 no-show charge will be applied to your credit card for a missed, uncanceled reservation for a party size of 2-4 people. $50 no-show charge will be applied to your credit card for a missed, uncanceled reservation for a party size of 5-7.
No. We tried that, it ended up being unfair as well as chaotic with pop-up reservations we didn't see coming at the beginning of our day. :)
No. Please do not create a super-party larger than 5 people. This makes us sad and also creates an awkward situation. When we are able to find and hire more staff we would LOVE to take larger groups.
We are understaffed and the few people we do have are taking care of our guests. We truly are sorry and wish that the situation was different.
We post our weekly schedule every Monday at 10 AM and open reservations. At this time we do not have enough staff to open reservations further out.
